    Intelligent constant rate syringe drive for the safe, semi-automatic injection of liquid samples in the vertical operation mode. Thanks to one-step filling it is possible to reach dosing precision of an autosampler, independant of the operator. The autoinjector is equipped with a 100 µl syringe to enable best results, even for analysis in the trace range. The integrated sensors automatically check for proper filling of the syringe, thus eliminates main sources of operation mistakes. The autoinjector is the ideal solution for small sample numbers resp. in case EOX analysis is seldom done.

The ABD transfers the loaded quartz sample boats fully automated into the combustion furnace. The process can be adapted to the specific needs of samples resp. user preferences by flexible programming of up to 3 waiting positions and adaptation of transfer speed, if required. The optional available flame sensor enables a safe and optimized combustion process of any organic matrix, independant if solid or liquid. The ABD enables automated supply of AOX columns and enriched charcoal together with polycarbonate membrane filters (batch method), solid samples up to 110 mg, up to 100 μL EOX extracts or other organic liquids. The flame sensor is required in case of analysis of pure organic as well as vigorously reacting sample matrices (e.g. EOX extracts, polymer waste, used oil etc.).
